副腎神経節神経腫の1例

A CASE OF GANGLIONEUROMA ARISING IN ADRENAL GLAND

緒言

　神経節神経腫は，交感神経系の神経細胞由来の腫瘍の中で最も良く分化した良性腫瘍であり，その60％が20歳以下にみられ，特に10歳未満の小児の後縦隔に好発するといわれる^1）。われわれは最近成人男性の副腎髄質に発生した木症の1例を経験したので報告する。

A thirty-two-year-old man was referred to our service for operation on the right suprarenal mass. He had been admitted to the internal medicine of our hospital with a complaint of icterus due to acute hepatitis. Abdominal computed tomography and ultrasonography revealed a right suprarenal mass inci-dentally, and subsequent ⁷⁵Se-scintadren adrenal scan disclosed that the tumor was originated in the right adrenal medulla. Urine noradrenaline and dopamine excretion were slightly high. But, there were no symptoms of hypertension, palpitation, sweating, and others suggestive of excessive cathecholamine secre-tion.
