はじめに

　尿管ポリープの報告は，本邦では大沢ら^1）が121例を集計しており，それほど稀な疾患ではないが，小児例は本邦8例^2〜6,11），外国例10例^7〜10）の報告をみるのみである。今回われわれは，6歳の非炎症性尿管ポリープを経験したので，本邦8例の集計と若干の検討を加えて報告する。

A 6-year-old boy was admitted to the Yokosuka Kyosai Hospital with asymptomatic gross hematuria. DIP showed multiple small round filling defects in the left upper ureter with left hydronephrosis. Partial ureterectomy with dismembered pyeloplasty was performed because frozen sections gave the diagnosis of benign ureteral polyps.

Eight cases of ureteral polyps in children including our case were discussed. All the patients were male and the polyps were located at the left upper ureter in all but 1 patient. Three patients received total nephroureterectomy ane four patients conservative procedure.
