- Abstract 文献概要
長期間の留置に最適な腎盂バルーンカテーテルのバルーン注入液について検討した。注入液はグリセリンと精製水の混合液を使用し，患者尿浸透圧と混合液浸透圧の関係より，グリセリン：精製水が1：10としたものが最適であつた。
We investigate appropriate ratio of glycerin and distilled water as the liquid injected into baloon of Foley catheter indwelt in renal pelvis as nephrostomy or ureterocutaneostomy catheter for prolonged use. The result obtained was that the most suitable ratio of glycerin and distilled water was 1 : 10. The relationship of urinary osmotic pressure and mixed liquids was less important.
