性器自己切断を繰返した1例

REPEATED SELF-AMPUTATION OF EXTERNAL GENITAL ORGAN:REPORT OF A CASE

　症例は36歳男性。1981年に自己にて陰嚢・陰嚢内容切断の既往あり。主訴は陰茎切断。来院時，陰茎は根部で切断されており，断端部処置後尿道皮膚瘻を増設した。動機は精神分裂病の作為体験によるものであった。陰茎と睾丸を同時に切断した症例は本邦文献上散見されるが，本症例のごとく時期を異にして自己の性器切断を繰返した症例は認められなかった。

A 36-year-old single man with schizophrenia amputated his penis at the root under the auditory hallucination. He had a history of self-amputation of scrotum and its contents. This is, to our know-ledge, the first case of recurrent self amputation of the genital organ in Japan. Treatments was urethrocutaneostomy because of his psychiatric history.
