　副尿道が陰茎根部背面に開口し，膀胱前面に達する盲管として存在した11歳男児の尿道上裂型盲管重複尿道を報告する。主訴は陰茎根部背面の小孔および同部よりの膿様分泌物の排出。X線撮影では恥骨結合の離開およびその間を貫き膀胱前面で嚢状に拡張し盲管に終わる副尿道を認めた。副尿道は長さ14cmで，組織学的に恥骨結合貫通部より末梢では内腔の上皮は重層扁平上皮であり，中枢では移行上皮であつた。上皮下は平滑筋筋層を認めた。

Abortive epispadiac duplication of urethra was found in 11-year-old boy. An accessory channel was found on the dorsum at the root of the penis with purulent discharge. Sinogram showed a separation of the synphysis pubis, and an extended channel upwards to the ventral surface of the bladder where it became distended to form a minute cyst. The accessory urethra, 14 cm long, was excised completely which was narrow at the separated pubic region. Histologically the superficial part of the sinus was lined with squamous epithelium, the deeper part with transitional epithelium. A lamina propria was surrounded by longitudinal smooth muscle.
