はじめに

　尿道上裂は先天的に尿道の背壁（上壁）が欠損し，尿道が陰茎の背側に開口するごくまれな奇形であり，なかでも尿道が亀頭背面に開口する亀頭部尿道上裂は少ない。われわれは最近この1症例を経験したので主にその外科的治療について報告する。

A case of glandular epispadias without urinary incontinence was reported. Patient was a 6-year-old boy admitted because of a small penis and spattering urinary stream. The meatus was located at the dorsal aspect of the glans and its distal portion exhibited a mucous groove extending to the dorsum of the glans.

A plastic operation including glandular urethrorrhaphy, glanduloplasty, penile chordectomy and straightening of the crooked corpora cavernosa was performed in one stage. After operation, the patient was able to urinate without spattering.
