　陰嚢象皮症は，フィラリア症の減少した現在，稀な疾患である。今回われわれは，心不全に基づくと思われる陰嚢象皮症を経験したので報告する。

A 73-year-old man first noticed a painless scrotal swelling 10 years before when he was diagnosed as having auricular fibrillation and the treatment was initiated. With aggravation of heart failure for the past 2 years the scrotum rapidly enlarged to the size of infant-head. The scrotal skin was rough and thickened. The patient had no history of filariasis and had never been in a region where filariasis pre-vailed. The patient underwent a successful scrotal plasty.
