A 14-year-old female was admitted complaining of virilization. The patient was a product of con-sanguineous mating. An enlarged clitoris was noticed on her birth, but she had not received any medical treatment. At puberty she had shown gradual virilization without breast development. Physical exami-nation disclosed an enlarged clitoris of 3cm length, short vagina of 7 cm depth, small testis located in bilateral inguinal canal. Karyo type was 46XY. Plasma testosterone was within normal male range, 5α-DHT, LH and FSH in the plasma were increased. LH-RH test, ACTH test and HCG test showed normal responses.
