A 55-year-old man with neurogenic bladder due to vertebral compression fracture at the age of 35 years was admitted complaining of left flank pain and severe stress incontinence of 5 month's duration. He walked slightly lame and urinated with abdominal straining. X-ray examinations revealed left staghorn stone, bladder stone and prostatic stone. Left nephrectomy and removal of the stones were performed. The prostatic stone weighed 43 g and was made up of magnesium ammonium phosphate.
