膀胱腟腸瘻に合併した腟結石の1例

PRIMARY VAGINAL STONES IN FEMALE WITH VESICOVAGINAL AND VESICOINTESTINAL FISTULA

緒言

　子宮頸癌に対する子宮全摘術，放射線治療後，膀胱腟腸瘻が発症し，約10年の経過中に，腟尿石の発生をみた症例を経験した。

A case report of vaginal stone formation in a 53-year-old female with vesicovaginal and vesicointesti-nal fistula is presented. She had total hysterectomy and irradiation for the uterine cancer on June 1967. For eight years after the treatment the repair operation (two times) for the vesicovasinal and vesicoin-testinal fistula was performed. Several months later in each operation there was recurrence of the fistula. On June 1979 culdoscopy revealed the vaginal stones which were mistaken for bladder stones on a plain X ray film.
