化学療法で治癒した肺転移性睾丸絨毛癌の1例

A CASE OF TESTICULAR CHORIOCARCINOMA WITH LUNG METASTASIS CURED WITH CHEMOTHERAPY

　睾丸腫瘍に対する多剤併用化学療法は著しい効果をあげ，従来予後不良とされた睾丸絨毛癌でも多数症例の成績の中に治癒したと思われる症例が散見されるようになつた^1）。しかし，stageⅢの純型絨毛癌が完全治癒したと考えられる症例報告は，われわれの調べ得た限り本邦ではみられない。われわれは肺に多発性転移を有する睾丸絨毛癌（pure choriocarcinoma）に対し，cisplatin，vin-blastine，pepleomycinの併用化学療法（以下CVP療法と略す）を施行し，転移巣消失後2年9ヵ月を経過した現在でも再発をみない症例を経験したので報告する。

A 29-year-old male underwent right orchiectomy because of scrotal swelling. Histological examina-tion of the removed mass revealed pure choriocarcinoma. Chest X-ray showed multiple lung metasta-sis. HCG β-subunit was markedly elevated in the serum. After 2 courses of the chemotherapy with cisplatin, vinblastine and pepleomycin the metastasis disappeared and serum HCG β subunit returned to normal. Three more courses of the chemotherapy were given. The patient has been free from recur-rence for 2 years and 9 months.
