緒言

　最近われわれは，比較的稀な精索脂肪腫の1例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

The patient was a 48-year-old man with a chief complaint of indolent swelling of the left scrotal content which had been noticed about 2 months ago. An elastic soft and hen egg-sized mass with nega-tive transillumination was palpable in the left scrotum. Laboratory examination showed no abnormality. Ultrasound sonography demonstrated that it was a solid mass. Surgical exploration revealed the solid, encapsulated and yellowish tumor which was vascularized from the spermatic vessels. The tumor was removed with left testicle. Removed specimen weighed 130g and sized 7×5×2cm, and histological examination showed a lipoma.
