緒言
最近，喘息治療薬であるtranilast （Rizaben®）によると考えられる膀胱炎がみられるようになつた1〜4）。われわれも，同様な症例を経験したので報告する。
A 73-year-old man who had received tranilast for bronchial asthma over one year and half visited us with complaints of pollakisuria and pain on urination. Urinalysis showed aseptic hematopyuria, which was not improved by several antibiotic therapies.
