精索脂肪肉腫の1例

A CASE OF LIPOSARCOMA OF THE SPERMATIC CORD

　左陰嚢内腫瘤を主訴に受診した55歳男性の腫瘤を病理組織学的に検討したところ，精索原発脂肪肉腫であつた。精索原発脂肪肉腫は，本邦で自験例を含め25例が報告されているが，自験例は分化型，粘液型，多形型の3型の混在した脂肪肉腫であつた。3型の混在した精索脂肪肉腫は本邦第1例目である。

The patient is a 55 years old man who visited our clinic with the chief complaint of swelling of the left scrotal content. An elastic hard and small hen-egg sized mass was palpable in the left scrotum. The histological diagnosis was well differentiated, round cell, and pleomorphic liposarcoma. Liposarcoma of the scrotum origin are very rare, and this case seemed to be a 25th one in Japan.
