緒言

　最近，喘息の患者で，アレルギー性疾患治療薬であるTranilast　（Rizabcn®）にて治療中，排尿痛，血尿，膿尿，頻尿などの膀胱炎様症状を示し，投薬中止により症状の消失をみた2例を経験したので報告する。

Two patients were admitted to our clinic with complaints of severe bladder symptoms which had not been relieved by antibiotic therapies. Cystogram of both patients showed severe deformity of the bladder wall and cystoscopic examination revealed velvety, ulcerated areas in the bladder mucosa. Histologic examination revealed acute and chronic cystitis with mild eosinophilic infiltration in the submucosa without specific change of allergic reaction. The symptoms of both patients disappeared after disconti-nuance of anti-allergic drug, Tranilast.
