後腹膜仮性嚢腫の1例

RETROPERITONEAL PSEUDOCYST: A CASE REPORT

緒言

　後腹膜腫瘍の術前診断は従来困難と考えられてきた。最近，われわれはCTおよび超音波検査から術前に仮性嚢腫が強く疑われた症例を経験した。手術により陳旧性血腫による後腹膜仮性嚢腫の確定診断をえたので，画像診断を中心として報告する。

A 62-year-old man was admitted with a complaint of a mass in the right upper quadrant of the abdomen, which had been pointed out 2 years previously in another hospital. He noticed an increase of its size recently. Physical examination revealed a large hard tender mass, measuring 10 × 10 cm, in his abdomen. KUB and DIP showed a large, round mass with some opacity on the lower medial portion of the right kidney. CT revealed a cystic tumor having homogenous content with uneven thick wall.
