緒言
悪性リンパ腫の症状として最も多いものは，表在リンパ節の腫大，全身倦怠感，消化器症状などであり1），泌尿性器症状を示すものは極めて少ないとされている。今回われわれは後腹膜リンパ節の腫大によると思われる尿管閉塞を来した2症例を経験したのでここに報告し，若干の考察を加えてみたい。
Ureteral obstruction secondary to malignant lymphoma is rare in Japan.
Herein two of such cases, 45 and 34 years old man, were reported, which histologically proved to be malignant lymphoma.
Nephrostomy was performed on the first patient and both patients were followed by radiotherapy and chemotherapy. But the first patient died 5 months and the second patient 8 months after the diagnosis of ureteral obstruction.
Ureteral obstruction due to malignant lymphoma is easy to diagnose by intravenous pyelography and/or retrograde pyelography.
