Tranilastが原因と思われた薬剤性膀胱炎の2例

DRUG INDUCED CYSTITIS DUE TO TRANILAST:A REPORT OF TWO CASES

緒言

　薬物を服用することが原因で，高度の血尿および膀胱刺激症状を惹起する薬剤性膀胱炎の中で広く一般的に知られているものには，Cyclophospha—mideによるものがあるが，このような薬物による膀胱障害は，一般的に原因薬物を中止しない限り治療は困難なことが多く，また難治性であるがゆえに，膀胱腫瘍と誤診されたり，長期にわたり対症療法のみで加療されることも少なくはないと思われる。今回われわれは，気管支喘息の代表的な治療薬であるTranilast　（Rizaben®）が原因と思われる薬剤性膀胱炎を2例経験したので，その臨床経過を中心に報告する。

The first case was a 47-year-old woman who visited Kurosawa Clinic with complaints of mictional pain and pollakisuria which had not been relieved by antibiotic therapy. She had a history of bron-chial asthma since two years before and had been medicated Tranilast by a docter for two years. Cys-toscopic examination revealed red edematous bladder mucosa, and we diagnosed these changes as drug induced cystitis due to Tranilast after bladder mucosal biopsy and lymphocytic blastformation test.
