多発性尿管憩室（multiple ureteral diverticula）は極めて稀な疾患で，1957年Hollyら1）の報告以来，1977年青山ら2）の本邦第1例目の報告を含め31例にすぎず，われわれの症例は本邦第2例目と思われる。
A 67-year-old male was admitted to our hospital with an episode of asymptomatic gross hematuria. IVP at the time of admission revealed a right renal mass without ureteral abnormality.
DIP and RP revealed multiple out-pocketing lesions of the entire left ureter. There was no urinary infection or obstruction.
