下部尿路inverted papillomaの3例

INVERTED PAPILLOMA OF THE LOWER URINARY TRACT: A REPORT OF THREE CASES

緒言

　尿路に発生したinvertcd papillomaは，1963年Pottsら^1）が第1例を報告して以来現在まで100例以上の報告があり，本邦例も30例認められる。

　当院ではこれまでに，ほぼ典型的と思われる3例を経験したので報告する。

Case 1: a 53-year old man was admitted with grosshematuria. Cystoscopical examination revealed a polypoid tumor with smooth surface arizing from the prostatic urethra. The tumor was resected transure-thrally.

Case 2: a 63-year old man was admitted with hesitancy and decrease of the caliber of the urinary stream. He was diagnosed as having benign prostatic hypertrophy. During suprapublic prostatectomy was found, an oval tumor at the bladder neck.
