緒言

　外陰部の尖圭コンジロームは，しばしば見られる良性腫瘍であるが，しかし，時には急速に増大して巨大となり，その外観も癌腫様を呈する異型増殖型のものがある。これは綿密な病理組織学的検査においても悪性像を示さないいわゆるCarcinoma-like Condylomataである。ところが，ごく稀に悪性化を示す症例があり，今までにごくわずかな報告例がみられる。今回私達も尖圭コンジロームとして治療した後，3年10カ月して悪性化像を呈した症例を経験したので，ここに報告する。

A 68 year old male, who underwent electrocoagulation for condyloma acuminatum of penis previously, returned to our clinic for recurrent penile tumor. Histopathological diagnosis of the tumor was squamous cell carcinoma grade-1 (Broder). Amputation of the penis with biopsy of bilateral inginal lymph nodes were done after administrating 180 mg of Bleomycin during admission, and 120 mg of Bleomycin was given after surgery. Postoperative course was uneventful and shows no signs of metastasis nor recurrence.
