石灰化を伴った単純性腎嚢胞

SIMPLE RENAL CYST WITH CALCIFICATION

　患者は67歳女性，胆石の精査目的でCTを施行したところ右腎に石灰化を伴った腎嚢胞を発見したが諸検査の結果悪性腫瘍を否定できなかったため腎摘除術を施行した。病理組織診断の結果悪性所見はみられなかった。治療方針としては良性，悪性の鑑別困難な症例は外科的に摘出することもやむをえないと考えられた。

A 67 year-old woman incidentally was found to have a calcified right renal mass on computed tomogra-phy. Renal angiogram revealed a hypovascular mass. Right radical nephrectomy was performed and the lesion proved to be a simple renal cyst with a calcified wall. This case is 25nd case reported in the Japanease literature.
