対側腎に高度VURを伴つたWilms腫瘍の1例

A CASE OF WILMS' TUMOR WITH GRADE VUR OF THE OTHER SIDE KIDNEY

緒言

　Wilms腫瘍は小児の腹部悪性固型腫瘍のうち，神経芽細胞腫についで多く，泌尿器科医にとつて重要な腫瘍である。私たちは最近，対側腎に高度VURを伴つたWilms腫瘍を経験した。この症例は治療に際し，術前照射を施行した。施行後，腫瘍は著明に縮小し，手術時，被膜を損傷することなく容易に摘出が可能であつた。ここに若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。

A 3-year-old boy was referred to us for the treatment of his left renal tumor. The tumor was hard, mobile and occupied almost left abdominal region. DIP, CT, and cystogram were performed and left Wilms' tumor associated with right IV-grade VUR was elucidated. Aortography was performed to exclude another retroperitoneal tumor and benign diseases in the face of severe hydronephrosis of the other side. Preoperative 900 rad ⁶⁰Co irradiation extremely reduced the tumor size which was easily removed subsequently. To our knowledge, Wilms' tumor with severe VUR of the other side, has not ever been reported.
