　ダウン症には種々の悪性腫瘍の合併の報告がある。われわれはダウン症に合併した睾丸腫瘍の1例を経験した。ダウン症に睾丸腫瘍を合併した症例は1962年にHollandらが初めて報告して以来，調べ得た限りでは10例が報告されているにすぎない。この2つの疾患の合併する出現率は，ダウン症に合併する白血病と同じように高い値と考えられた。よって，ダウン症に合併する悪性腫瘍として睾丸腫瘍についても注意を払うべきものと考えた。

Down's syndrome is often associated with various malignant tumor. We had experienced a case of Down's syndrome in a 24year-old male associated with testicular cancer. Since, the first report of this association by Holland et al in 1962, only 10 cases has been reported. However, the possibility of asso-ciation is as high as of the association of the leukemia, therefore, we should pay more attention to the relationship of the Down's syndrome and the testicular cancer.
