Milk of calcium renal stoneの1例

A CASE OF MILK OF CALCIUM RENAL STONE

緒言

　Milk of calcium renal stoneは，腎盂腎杯憩室や腎盂内で，コロイドまたは微小結石の集団がミルク様に流動するため，立位や側臥位において上方に水平面を持つ半月状の特異なX線像を呈することにより命名された^1）比較的稀な腎結石症である。

　最近私たちは本症の1例を経験したので，自験例を加えた本邦報告66例を集計し，若干の統計的考察を加えて報告する。

The patient, 32-year-old woman, was admitted to our clinic with the complaint of epigastralgia, left back and lumbar pain. The plain film of abdomen revealed four very small calcified shadows in the right kidney, and oval shaped calcified shadow in the left kidney in supine position, which showed peculiar radio-opacity of half-moon shape in upright position. Diagnosis of right renal stones and milk of calcium renal stone in left pyelocalyceal diverticulum was made. Closure of the doverticulum with lithotomy was performed.
