はじめに
腎の良性腫瘍は臨床症状を示すことが少なく，病理解剖などで発見されることが多い。
われわれは疝痛発作を主訴として来院し，同時に肉眼的血尿，発熱を伴い，尿路結石症の疑いで緊急入院した腎平滑筋腫の1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。
A case of renal leiomyoma involved in the upper pole of the right kidney in a 26-year-old man, complaining rt. abdominal colic pain and grosshematuria, was reported.
Right nephrectomy was performed.
The tumor weight was 1,260g and was proved to be leiomyoma of the kidney histopathologically.
Benign renal tumors are not common and leiomyomas of the kidney are also rare. 10 cases of renal leiomyomas including our case were collected in the Japanese literatures.
