はじめに

　血液疾患の患者が種々の排尿異常を呈することは稀ではなく，多くの報告がある^1〜8）。しかし，その中で凝固因子欠乏症患者に排尿異常を合併したという報告は，われわれの調べ得た限りではなく，きわめて稀なものと思われる。今回われわれは，第X因子欠乏症に合併した脊髄膀胱の1例を経験したので報告する。

A 26-year-old man who was diagnosed as congenital factor X deficiency at 18-year-old visited our hospital with complaints of sudden lumbago, gait disturbance and urinary retention. Routine urological examinations, urodynamic study and neurological examination were performed.

We suspected that the eitology of the urinary retention was spinal cord damage due to bleeding into the spinal cord based on factor X deficiency. Subsequently he recovered from the gait disturbance and urinary retention after two weeks by the administration with prothrombin complex concentrates.
