尿管結石と尿管ポリープの合併例

URETERAL POLYP IN ASSOCIATION WITH CALCULI OF URETER:Repert of a Case

Ⅰ．緒言

　尿管ポリープは原発性良性尿管腫瘍の中でも比較的稀な疾患で，最近の報告では欧米例についてScott（1963）の144例中27例（18.8％），本邦例では斉藤・浦野（1963）の87例中16例（18.4％）の頻度が掲げられている。著者は最近，尿管結石を合併した本症の1例を経験したので，ここに発表し併せて本邦における尿管ポリープ31症例を中心に若干の考察を行なうことにする。

A case of calculi at the middle part of the ureter complicated with polyp (postoperative diagn osis) was treated by nephroureterectomy due to advanced hydronephrosis in a 55 year old male with the chief complaint of frequent urination was reported.

The relation between the formation of ureteral calculi and ureteral polyp remained obscure.
