長大な尿管ポリープの1例

A CASE OF LONG URETERAL POLYP

　長大な尿管ポリープの1例を報告する．患者は，無症候性血尿を訴えて来院した43歳の女性で，静脈性尿路造影は左下部尿管の長い陰影欠損を示した．尿管鏡による生検は悪性変化を疑わせた．尿管部分切除術と尿管端々吻合を施行し，摘出腫瘤は10cmに及ぶポリープであった．

The patient was a 43-year-old woman complaining of asymptomatic macrohematuria. IVU showed a long filling defect of the left lower ureter. Malignant change was suspected by ureteroscopic biopsy and partial ureterectomy with end-to-end anastomosis was performed. The tumor removed was a benign polyp measuring 10cm in length.
