尿管に発生したinverted papillomaの1例

A CASE OF INVERTED PAPILLOMA OF THE URETER

緒言

　尿路のinverted papillomaは，組織学的に特徴があり，また発生機序についても種々の論議のある興味ある疾患である。欧米ではPottsら（1963）^1）の報告以来，数多くの報告がなされており，本邦では稲田ら（1971）^2）がその第1例を報告している。しかし，これまでにみる症例はすべて尿路の腎盂，膀胱および後部尿道に発生したinvertedpapillomaで，尿管に発生したinverted papillomaの報告はいまだないようである。今回われわれは尿管に発生したinverted papillomaを経験したので若干の考察を加えて報告する。

A 75-year old man was admitted to the hospital with complaints of pollakisuria and lower abdo-minal discomfort. He had had no episode of gross hematuria. On rectal examination prostatic enlarge-ment was found. Panendoscopy revealed obstruction of the prostatic urethra and a 1. 0cm-long-pedun-culated tumor arising from the ureteral wall and projecting through the right ureteral orifice. The tumor was easily moved by the endoscopic irrigation.

Laboratory findings including urinalysis were within normal range except for slight increase of uric acid.

Serum radio-immuno-reactive parathormone level was 0.1ng/ml.
