陰嚢内表皮嚢胞の1例

A CASE OF INTRASCROTAL EPIDAMAL CYST

緒言

　陰嚢内に発生する腫瘍のほとんどは睾丸，副睾丸や精索から発生するが，これらと関係なく発生するものはきわめてまれである。最近，われわれは睾丸，副睾丸および精索と関係なく陰嚢内に発生した表皮嚢胞の1例を経験したので若干の考察を加えて報告する。

A 28 year old male student visited our hospital with the chief complaints of a mass in the left scrotum and phimosis on March 28, 1977. An elastic hard, smooth mass of a little apple size was found in the left scrotum. Puncture of the mass yielded scanty fluid which smelled a bad nd had milk color and cheese like nature.

Under the diagnosis of intrascrotal tumor, the mass was removed. It was a subcutaneous tumor, and had no relation to the intrascrotal organ, such as testis, epididymis and spermatic cord. Patholo-gical diagnosis was intrascrotal epidamal cyst.
