後腹膜遺残ガーゼの膀胱内迷入による膀胱異物の1例

A CASE OF FOREIGN BODY IN THE BLADDER

緒言

　膀胱異物は臨床上稀なものでなく，数多く報告され，統計的観察もなされている。本邦においては1917年小沢^1）が最初に18例を蒐集報告して以来，山本・大森（1934）^2）177例，後藤・新谷（1953）^3）312例，山崎・玉置（1958）^4）456例，北山ら（1962）^5）691例，北村ら（1968）^6）807例，最近では濟ら（1977）^7）1,183例の統計的観察をみる。

　膀胱異物の侵入経路として自慰，悪戯，導尿など経尿道性のものと，既往手術，外傷，燕下物迷入，膣内挿入物の貫入など非尿道性のものとに大別できる。

A case of foreign body of the bladder, which was a gauze sponge left in the retroperitoneum during left nephrectomy for pyonephrosis 6 years previously and penetrated into the bladder, was reported. The patient was a 30-year old male who has several episodes of cloudy urine, intermittent bladder irritation after nephrectomy.

The foreign body was removed by transurethral route.

Eleven cases of foreign body of gauze sponge in the bladder which were left extravesical area inad-vertently during surgery and penetrated into the bladder were found in Japanese literature and those cases were reviewed.
