副甲状腺機能亢進症の術前局在診断には従来より種々の方法が試みられている。われわれはCTスキャンにより副甲状腺腺腫の術前部位診断の得られた症例を経験したので報告する。
A 27 year-old male was admitted for left renal calculi on January 5, 1979.
Serum calcium values of the patient were always more than 11. 0mg/dl and the serum phosphorus values less than 2. 2mg/dl.
IVP showed left staghorn calculi with mild hydronephrosis and multiple right renal calculi. No nodule was palpable in his neck.
Bone X-ray revealed no osteitis fibrosa cystica.
We believe that the voiding cystourethrography should be done in an oblique position while a patient stands up.
