膀胱憩室腫瘍の1例

A CASE OF CARCINOMA IN THE URINARY BLADDER DIVERTICULUM

緒言

　膀胱憩室は，日常よくみられる疾患であるが，それに合併する憩室腫瘍は比較的まれなものである。教室では，先に結石を伴つた膀胱憩室腫瘍の1例を発表している^1）が，最近，結石を伴つた膀胱憩室腫瘍を経験したので報告するとともに，本邦における憩室腫瘍の76症例を集計し，若干の統計的考察を行なつた。

A 78-year-old man was admitted because of dysuria and residual urine on October 31 1977, Ure-thral meatal stenosis and hen-egg sized, elastic firm prostate were found by physical examination. Shadows suggesting two walnut sized calculi were seen at the area of pelvic cavity on scout film. Retrograde urethrography and cystography were performed, and prostatic hypertrophy and multiple diverticula were seen. Filling defect was noticed in one of the largest diverticulum on left lateral wall.

The clinical diagnosis was benign prostatic hypertrophy and multiple diverticula with calculi.
