膀胱内反性乳頭腫（inverted papilloma）の1例

A CASE OF INVERTED PAPILLOMA OF THE URINARY BLADDER

緒言

　尿路に発生する内反性乳頭腫（inverted papillo-ma）は1963年Pottsら^1）が膀胱に発生した1例を報告して以来，多くの報告があり，本邦では集計しえた限りではこれまでに35例の報告がある。今回，われわれは膀胱頸部に発生したほぼ典型的な内反性乳頭腫の1例を経験したので報告する。

A 46-year old male was admitted with a complaint of difficult urinaton for 6 months without anyepisode of recurrent urinary tract infection or macroscopic hematuria. Cystoscopically, an index finger-tip-sized polypoid tumor was observed at the 10 o'clock position of the bladder neck. Its surface was smooth and yellowish white. After transurethral resection, there has been no recurrence during 18 months. 36 cases reported in Japanese literature were discussed from the point of clinical features.
