はじめに

　腎盂上皮性腫瘍は稀有な疾患ではないが，そのほとんどは40歳以上の高齢者にみられるもので，若年者に発生することはきわめて稀である。われわれは最近，18歳男子に発生した右腎盂移行上皮癌を経験したので報告し，若干の考察を加えてみたい。

Primary epithelial tumor of the renal pelvis in the first two decades of life is a very rare disease. Herein such a case was reported. The patient was 18 years old male, who complained of asymptomatic gross hematuria. He was found to have the renal pelvic tumor which was treated by total nephroureterectomy. Pathological findings was transitional cell carcinoma. Seven cases of renal pelvic tumor in the first two decades of life, includig our case, from the Japanese literature were collected and some problems in this condition were reviewed.
