炭酸ガス・レーザーメスの泌尿器科的手術への応用—第2報包茎手術の経験

SOME EXPERIENCE OF PHIMOSIS OPERATIONS USING A CO2 GAS LASER SCALPEL

　Sharplan炭酸ガス・レーザーメスの腎手術への応用経験については，すでに第1報^1）で述べた。今回は包茎手術に対してのこのメスの応用経験について述べ，その際に使用する特殊器具の開発についても述べる。

Using a CO₂-gas-laser scalpel, we performed 5 cases of circumcision operations. Though it is necessary to protect the glans, bleeding from the incision was little and only a small number of blood vessel ligature had to be made. Thus this method could be used practically.
