診断が困難であつた腎盂移行上皮癌

PAPIRALLY CARCINOMA OF THE RENAR PELVIS THAT WAS DIFFICULT DIAGNOSIS: REPORT OF CASE

I．緒　言

　腎盂腫瘍は比較的稀な疾患として取扱われており，腎腫瘍の10％前後を占めるに過ぎないといわれている。同時に本症の術前診断も困難なものとされている。

　我々は血尿を主訴として来院し，腎腫瘍の疑を抱きながら長期間特発性腎出血として治療し，経過中腎腫瘍と診断して手術を行つた診断困難であつた腎盂移行上皮癌の1例を経験したので報告する。

The followign is a report of papillary car-cinoma of the renal pelvis. The patient, 51-year-old female, was admitted to our clinic on November 16,1961. Chief complain was the painless hematuria. The family history was negative for malignancy. But she has been su-ffered from the rheumatic arthritis since about fourteen years. Two weeks before admission she noted painless hematuria. She had been treated with several injection by her home dcctor. But hematuria was not imp-roved. So she was admitted to our clinic. The pyelogram showed a suspicious figure of the renal tumor. Although we had been treated under the diagnosis of the essential renal hematuria for about five months, her symptom was not improved. Afterwards, a suspicious figure of the renal tumor was showed very clearly with the intravenous pyelogram. Then, we performed the nephec-tomy under the diagnosis of the renal tumor.The pathological diagnosis was papillary carcinoma of the renal pelvis. We reported a case of the papillary carcinoma of the renal pelvis that was difficult diagnosis. The tumor of the renal pelvis is one of the very rare conditions.
