尿管閉塞を来した原発性腎盂尿管上皮内癌

PRIMARY IN SITU URETERAL TUMOR CAUSING URINARY OBSTRUCTION: REPORT OF A CASE

　尿管閉塞を来した原発性腎盂尿管上皮内癌の1例を経験した。上部尿路の原発性上皮内癌は非常に稀な疾患であり，上皮内癌の粘膜下の慢性炎症が原因で完全な尿管閉塞を来したのは自験例が1例目である。

A 61 year-old female visited our department on October 29, 1986 complaining of rt. flank pain. Both retrograde and antegrade pyelography showed ureteral obstruction and tapering of the right upper ureter. Voided urine and percutaneous punctured specimen from the right pelvis were diagnosed cyto-logically as transitional cell carcinoma. Under the diagnosis of ureteral tumor, right nephroureterectomy was done and a cuff of the bladder was removed. Macroscopically the mucosa at the ureteral obstruc-tion was slightly irregular, but no tumor was apparent.
