Mikulicz症の2症例—リンパ腫型眼窩炎性偽腫瘍との相関関係について

Two Cases of Mikulicz's Disease.:Its Relationship to Lymphoid Type or Pseudotumor

緒　言

　Mikulicz病とは，涙腺と唾液腺の対称性腫脹を特徴とする原因不明の慢性炎症性疾患とされている。しかし，Morganら^1，2）がMikuliczはSjögren症候群の一表現型であると報告して以来，本疾患の病因研究に関して著しい進歩がみられるにもかかわらず，その本態に関して十分に解明されていない。

　今回，われわれはいわゆるMikulicz病の2症例に遭遇し，病理組織学的な検討を加え，眼窩炎性偽腫瘍のリンパ腫型と同一の組織像を呈し，同じ免疫学的背景を有する事を明らかにし，さらに治療に就いても若干の考察を加えたので報告する。

Two cases of Mikulicz's disease are reported. The first case, a male aged 35 years, manifested bilateral lacrimal and salivary gland enlargement for the past one month. In the second case, a male aged 76 years, bilateral enlargement of the lacrimal gland had led to the diagnosis of Mikulicz's disease 10 years ago on clinical and histological grounds. Thereafter, progressive exo-phthalmos and enlargement of the salivary glands became manifest. Recently, roentgenography revealed enlargement of paratracheal and hilar lymphnodes.
