緒言
重複癌については，19世紀後半のBillroth1）の報告以来，年々，稀ながら症例が積み重ねられている。特に同一系臓器，更には同一臓器に異なる癌腫の発生をみることは極めて稀である。
われわれは，最近同一腎に腎細胞癌と腎盂移行上皮癌の併存している症例を経験したので，ここに報告する。
A case of double cancer of right kidney in a 68 year-old woman with right flank mass was reported. Excretory urogram revealed right nonfunctioning kidney, but retrograde pyelography, renal arteriography, exfoliative cytology and other examinations provided us no confirmative diagnosis. Right nephrectomy was performed and pathological diagnosis was renal cell carcinoma and renal pelvic transitional cell carcinoma existed independently in the same kidney.
Cell types of the tumors were clealy different each other in morphological appearances, and we regarded them as multiple primary tumors.
