同一腎に血管筋脂肪腫と腎細胞癌を合併した1例

A CASE OF COINCIDENT RENAL CELL CARCINOMA AND ANGIOMYOLIPOMA IN THE SAME KIDNEY

緒言

　腎の血管筋脂肪腫は，CT，超音波検査などの画像診断の発達に伴い近年本邦においても報告例が増加し，以前ほど稀な疾患ではなくなつてきている。しかし今回，われわれが経験した症例は，同一腎に血管筋脂肪腫と腎細胞癌を合併し，しかも腎所属リンパ節に血管筋脂肪腫の組織像が見られた興味ある1例であつたので若干の考察を加えて報告する。

The patient was 48-year-old woman with a chief complaint of pain in right flank mass without stigmas of tuberous sclerosis. Radical right nephrectomy and regional lymph node biopsy were performed through a transperitoneal approach. Pathological studies showed that the large mass in the upper pole was renal cell carcinoma with a large amorphous calfication and the small mass in the lower pole was angiomyolipoma. The same angiomyolipoma was shown in the regional lymph node.
