腎平滑筋肉腫の1例

A CASE OF LEIOMYOSARCOMA OF THE KIDNEY

緒言

　腎平滑筋肉腫は腎に発生する肉腫の中では最も高頻度にみられるものであるが^1），腎肉腫の発生頻度が腎悪性腫瘍中で3％程度と低いために，本邦における腎平滑筋肉腫の報告は38例にすぎない^1〜4）。本邦39例目と思われる腎平滑筋肉腫を経験したので報告する。

A 63-year-old man was admitted for asymptomatic gross hematuria. Physical examination was unre-markable. Urinalysis revealed pure hematuria and urinary cytology was class Ⅲa. Laboratory findings were within normal limit and toxic sign was negative. Chest x-ray and bone scan were normal. Excretery urogram revealed a tumor in the upper pole of right kidney and renal cell carcinoma with invasion to psoas muscle was highly suspected on CT scan. Renal arteriogram revealed hypovascular pattern. Transperitoneal nephrectomy was done.
