はじめに

　副睾丸およびその周囲の腫瘍は炎症に比しまれなものであるが，その中ではAdenomatoid tumorはもつとも多いものと考えられている。われわれは今回Adenomatoid tumorの1例を経験したので報告する。

A 35 year-old man was hospitalized because of a tumor with a slight pain in the left epididymis for the past ten years. The tumor was excised which was located 1.0cm below the tail of the epididy-mis. It was hard, smooth and yellowish, 2.0cm in diameter and 2.5g in weight. The cut-surface appeared yellowish at the inner part and white fibrous at the outer part. Histological diagnosis was an adenomatoid tumor.

Including this case, 47 cases have been reported before the end of 1976 in Japan. 25 cases occurred in the third decade, 8 cases in the forth decade and 7 cases in the fifth decade.
