緒言

　副睾丸腫瘍は比較的まれな疾患である。われわれは副睾丸に原発したAdenomatoid tumorの2例を経験したので，若干の考察を加えて報告する。

Two cases of adenomatoid tumor of the epididymis visited our clinic with chief complaint of the painless intrascrotal mass. The tumor was palpated at the head of the right epididymis in case 1, at the tail of the right epididymis in case 2. They were small-finger-sized, round in shape, hard in consi-stency and smooth on the surface. The mass had no adhesion to the scrotal wall and surrounding tissues. The mass was removed under the diagnosis of benign epididymal tumor. The histological finding was consistent with adenomatoid tumor of the epididymis.
