膀胱に発症したホジキン病の1例

HODGKIN'S DISEASE INVOLVING THE URINARY BLADDER

はじめに

　Richmond et al．（1962）^1）によればポジキン病による腎の浸潤はかなり高率に見られるが，尿管や膀胱および生殖器に浸潤または転移することはまれである^2〜4）。

　われわれは化学療法と放射線治療後の寛解期に，膀胱腫瘍として発症したポジキン病の1例を経験した。このような症例は本邦泌尿器科文献上報告がないようであるので，ここに症例の概要を述べ，若干の考察を加えたい。

A 15-year-old boy was referred to the Department of Urology, Cancer Center Niigata Hospital on February 2, 1976 with the complaint of haematuria. With the diagnosis of Hodgkin's disease he had been treated with cancer chemotherapy and radiotherapy since November 1973 for 12 months in the Department of Pediatrics. After these therapies his enlarged lymph nodes had complately disappeared and been in remission for about one year.

On January 5, 1976, the patient was re-admitted to the Department of Pediatrics with complaints of abdominal pain and hematuria. His general condition was good.
