副睾丸のAdenomatoid Tumorの1例

A CASE OF ADENOMATOID TUMOR OF EPIDIDYMIS

Ⅰ．緒言

　いわゆるAdenomatoid Tumorなる語は，Golden　＆　Ash（1945）によるもので，欧米における報告例は100例以上に達すると推定されるが，本邦における報告は意外に少なく，今日までに19例を数えるにすぎない。

　著者らは最近その1例を経験したのでこれを報告する。

A case of adenomatoid tumor of the epididymis in a 48 years old male with the chief complaint of tumor of the left testicle with slight spontaneous pain is reported.

The general symptoms of this lesion is only noticed in few cases, such as spontaneous pain or tenderness and most cases visits the hospital after noticing a tumor.

Of the 17 cases from the Japanese literature, only one case complained testicular pain besides our 2 cases. There seems to be no established theory on the histogenesis of this tumor but this case is an socalled adenomatoid tumor, histopathologically, and the histological classification was discussed.
