adenomatoid tumorは中皮細胞由来の良性腫瘍であり，生殖器系の臓器に生じることが多く，副腎原発はまれである。今回我々は，肝浸潤を伴った副腎原発adenomatoid tumorの1例を経験したことから，画像における術前診断の可能性について文献的考察を加え報告する。

Adenomatoid tumors（AT）are benign tumors of mesothelial origin that rarely develop in the adrenal gland. We report a case of an incidentally discovered adrenal AT in a man in his 40s. CT/MRI revealed a 13cm solid and cystic mass with hepatic invasion in the right adrenal area. AT should be included in the differential diagnosis of predominantly cystic adrenal tumors with a relatively high ADC value in the solid component, even with local invasion.
