Cystic adenomatoid tumor：a report of two cases

adenomatoid tumor（AT）は生殖器に発生することの多い中皮細胞由来の良性腫瘍である。肉眼的には充実性を呈するものが多いが，充実部と嚢胞成分が混在する場合や完全に嚢胞性の場合もあり，子宮や附属器の種々の腫瘤の鑑別対象となり得る。今回，骨盤内に発生した壁在結節様の充実部を伴う嚢胞性ATを2例経験したので報告する。

Adenomatoid tumor（AT）is benign mesothelial tumor usually arising in genital system. Many of ATs are macroscopically solid, but others exhibit cystic pattern that must be considered in the differential diagnosis of various kinds of intrapelvic cystic tumor. Here we present two cases of cystic AT with solid portion looks like mural nodule.
