副睾丸部Adenomatoid tumorの1例

A CASE OF ADENOMATOID TUMOR IN EPIDIDYMIS

緒言

　副睾丸の病変は炎症性のものが大部分ではあるが，稀に原発性副睾丸腫瘍の報告が見られる。今回われわれは副睾丸のadenomatoid tumorの1例を経験した。本邦報告例を調べ若干の考察を加え報告する。

A 29 year-old man was admitted to this hospital because of a left intrascrotal mass. As epididymal tumor was suspected, epididymectomy was performed. The tumor was located in the tail of the epidi-dymis and was hard, thumb-finger-sized, smooth, yellowish, and 1 cm in diameter. Histological dia-gnosis was an adenomatoid tumor of the epididymis.

Including this case, 71 cases were collected before the end of 1980 from Japanese literature.

Statistial analysis showed 49% occured between 30 and 39 years of age and 85% of all cases were found among patients between 30 and 50 years old.
